Placed my order with Zendi for the time eraser and within 5 minutes of placing the order, realised it was the wrong address and emailed them back right away with the correct one. They replied saying they appreciated the prompt correction. They still delivered to the wrong address. Must have sent them so many mail messages that i lost count. Same generic response, 'we can help, we are only an email away.'Now asking for a refundWill never order again
