Received multiple orders in short time

I received three orders in just four weeks at an outrageous cost! I was unwell and unaware of the situation, but despite my emails, I received odd or no replies and was charged over £200. This needs to be addressed! Who made the mistake? I couldn't possibly use 24 bottles in five years!

Zero customer service

Zero customer service—my order was never delivered, and when I contacted the delivery provider, they couldn't locate the parcel; it seems to have vanished. I'm uncertain if it was ever shipped. When I asked for proof, I received only false claims without legitimate tracking, images, or details about who accepted it. No product received, and it took three weeks for a reply that didn't provide credible proof of delivery. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY; YOU WON'T GET THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE!

Ships from a questionable source! Avoid at all costs! I paid $70 for two tops, which are see-through and too small. The stitching is poor and the quality is terrible! They seem to be drop shipping from an unreliable source. Now I have to deal with returning them to get my money back.
