I paid $0.99 for a single PDF edit on Oct 29th and was secretly enrolled into a recurring subscription and charged $29.99 without consent or notice. When I asked for a refund, support stonewalled me with scripted copy-paste responses, repeatedly asking for the same info even after I provided everything: name, email, PayPal transaction ID, screenshots, bank digits — multiple times.Their system won’t send login links so you cannot cancel, and they have no phone number. After days of back-and-forth they still refused to refund and stalled endlessly.This company uses dark-pattern checkout, deceptive subscription conversion, and fraud-like tactics to exhaust customers. I am filing complaints with PayPal, BBB, the FTC, and the Attorney General.Avoid this service at all costs.They are absolutely not legitimate.
