They sneakly autorenew a subscription you are not aware you signed up for - hate companies like this!!!
They refunded me quickly, but this worried me. I didn't sign up for it, so I still give it a low score.
Used this website to merge 2 PDFs files into one which the website told me would cost 50p to do so. It then charged me double which I wasn’t too concerned about as it was only 50p. However exactly one week later I now have a £29.99 pending payment from this website and have no control over stopping this or requesting a refund. I didn’t sign up to any subscription when using the website. Would not recommend!!!!
My first attempt was free, but when I had to make a change in the font, I had to pay for it. So, thank you for the initial help, but sorry, I am not prepared to pay for such a small change.
I downloaded Zendocs and PDF’d a document but was unable to retrieve the document from the website so a few days later after reading the bad reviews I cancelled it but I was unable to remove my document from the account so I’m concerned that my document is no longer private
I agreed to pay$ 0.99 cents for a one time one page document. I thought that was the end of transaction. This company just pulled $29.99 out of my account days later. Literally needed a one page document. This is a dishonest and predatory fine print scam practice and Therefore makes this company and their product completely dishonest and down right thievery. Do not use this app!
This website is a complete scam. I signed up for a one time print and was today charged 29.99 for a subscription which was automatically added to my account. I immediately cancelled the subscription as there was never any mention of this outrageous cost. Very disappointing practice. I expect an immediate refund as this very underhand

No notice. No normal cancel subscription button in the settings tab.
I used their website a week ago to edit a small pdf for my work.
Today they try to charge me ( scam me ) 30 euros???

I finally found the cancel subscription, and cancelled the subscription, but in the settings it still says that I need to update my payment method.

The worst service possible - please do yourself a favor and read the fine print. They are scumbags or what I like to call a SaaS ScumAsAService provider - you click a link and think you are getting something and bam you are locked into a contract with a negative affirmation email that goes directly to spam. Good luck getting someone to help but their terms of service read like a true we don’t care anyway. True scummers. The only good thing is it is debiting my Apple Cash account so I just won’t refill it but good luck refuting it. What an endless loop. The only good thing is they cry about the review to trust pilot which prompts me to write another.

When I requested a refund, the company refused, citing a “non-refundable” policy that was not made clear at signup. This felt misleading and unfair. Be careful — the pricing is not transparent, and customer support is unhelpful.
