This has been the most frustrating experience I've ever had! They lure you in with a promise of just a pound, but then they charge your card exorbitantly whenever they please. When you finally notice the charges on your bank statement, you attempt to use their "cancellation portal". It sends you a code to cancel, but the code never works, and eventually, they stop sending codes altogether, making that option useless. The only effective way to stop them is to cancel your bank card and get a new one. I urge anyone who has faced this issue to report them to the authorities, as I have done. The police have indicated that they have received numerous complaints about them being scammers and are taking action to shut down the site and investigate. They won't respond to your emails, so don't waste your time—just report them quickly!
