When I reached out to them, they claimed I didn't cancel in time, despite my account being paused, and suggested delaying the cancellation without charges. I received no refund, and my account remained set to automatic charges even after I canceled. Eventually, they did complete the cancellation, but it felt like I had to confirm multiple times. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience, and I felt deceived.
