They sent me this battery power bank & it was an extreme hazard! It presented multiple risks & with a capacity of 50000mAh a real danger to have in your home. I spoke with Mark who had the IQ of a paintbrush. He did not want to help & taught he would keep my money & ignore my emails. I started a chargeback case with Visa & they manually took the funds fromZenido. Mark contacted me back all of a sudden asking me to drop the case. ITold him no! Visa then refunded me directly & fined Zenido for non compliance of regulatory standards.If you have any issues like so with Zenido contact Visa. It will negatively effect there rating.
