My experience with Zenido has been extremely disappointing. After waiting one and a half months, only part of my order was delivered—just a single lamp, even though I ordered several.
Throughout this time, I had to repeatedly reach out via email just to receive any updates on the status of my order, which is highly frustrating and unacceptable.
The quality of the lamp is far below expectations, even worse than comparable products from IKEA. On top of that, there is no adapter included, which means I cannot even use the lamp in the Netherlands or with European sockets.
Overall, the product feels like cheap imported goods that do not justify the price at all.
I would not recommend ordering from Zenido to anyone.

They sent me this battery power bank & it was an extreme hazard! It presented multiple risks & with a capacity of 50000mAh a real danger to have in your home. I spoke with Mark who had the IQ of a paintbrush. He did not want to help & taught he would keep my money & ignore my emails. I started a chargeback case with Visa & they manually took the funds fromZenido. Mark contacted me back all of a sudden asking me to drop the case. ITold him no! Visa then refunded me directly & fined Zenido for non compliance of regulatory standards.If you have any issues like so with Zenido contact Visa. It will negatively effect there rating.
Please stay away from this place. Horrible experience! I placed an order with them, they contacted me to tell me that the product I ordered is no longer available but they found a similar one on some Chinese site. Of course it arrived 2 months later than the date they confirmed and very poor quality. We actually threw away the item, this is how bad it was.
The first shipment of our product was lost. Then they sent another one but thr product was totally fake. A cheap plastic clock board instead of the AI picture they had in their website. When asked for the money back and to return the product, only 2 options were allowed. 10% of the money back of a voucher of 50% to spend on the store again. What a joke. Stay away from this company.
Absolutely rip off, avoid this site. I bought a pair of "muck boots " for £38 and later found exactly the same boots on Temu for £10. They are re sellers. They now want me to pay the carriage to return them to China after I bought them from a Netherlands site.Oh and boots are crap!!
Made the mistake of ordering a dog bed which on their site was exactly the same bed I'd seen on other sites but cheaper.It took weeks to arrive and when it did well.......it was nothing like the bed on the site, it was just tat, random pieces of cheap foam abd a quarter of the size advertised. I immediately emailed them and they said I could have a refund but I had to pay the cost of return postage to CHINA..needless to say I didn't bother .DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
