My experience with Zenido has been extremely disappointing. After waiting one and a half months, only part of my order was delivered—just a single lamp, even though I ordered several.Throughout this time, I had to repeatedly reach out via email just to receive any updates on the status of my order, which is highly frustrating and unacceptable.The quality of the lamp is far below expectations, even worse than comparable products from IKEA. On top of that, there is no adapter included, which means I cannot even use the lamp in the Netherlands or with European sockets.Overall, the product feels like cheap imported goods that do not justify the price at all.I would not recommend ordering from Zenido to anyone.
