Ordered from these a while ago. Firstly, UK is a misnomer as the product and company is in the Netherlands it seems. So it's taking an age to get here. Emailed them to ask when to expect it, but reply was waffle and a link to tracking which was as non committal as every time they say it's on its way - so far four times. Hopeless. Was going to cancel but can't. They don't even follow the UK legal online trading requirement of being allowed to return within 14 days. IN RESPONSE TO THEIR REPLY TO MY REVIEW: This is what their website says and this is not legal in the UK. We have the right to 14 day change of mind for any reason....UNDER REFUNDS ETC......Change of Mind:Change of mind is not acceptable. No return or refund will be processed. Please note that a mismatch in colour or size is considered an exceptional circumstance.DELIVERY TIMESTheir website states 3-5 days and tracking will be provided. The tracking though gives no estimated delivery times. Just a vague comment about it being in transit. This is not tracking information as most people understand tracking. I look forward to the next pointless reply.
