The "bookcase" received was flimsy and poor quality.Not all the screws would tighten and having put furniture together for years, I found customer service response inadequate.Actual product a different color to that in advert.There are no free returns as advertised. I was told I would have to pay for return and then only get a 20% refund.Appalling. Wouldn't support a box of chocolates let alone books! Why is company listed as Netherlands but returns are to China?!Lesson learned. Money wasted.
