If I could give Zenido zero stars, I would. In my opinion, this website is a complete joke. The service is unbelievably careless — it feels like no one there has any idea what they’re doing. My order was delayed with zero explanation, zero updates, and zero accountability.Customer support? Practically nonexistent. Messages get ignored for days, and when someone finally replies, it’s a copy-and-paste response that solves nothing. I felt like I was begging them just to do the bare minimum.First of all they took payment twice for a clock that was advertised as a very large clock. Once it arrived it was in a box no bigger than a pizza box. I asked for a full address to return and it was China, would have cost same amount as clock to return, so they offered 20% of payment back. Not good enough the clock is tack we placed a battery in clock and guess what it dosent work.
