For preorders, they keep extending the shipping date by months, only updating if you reach out. They deduct a 10% fee for refunds on items they never had in stock. In my experience, the product was already available elsewhere, yet they continued to delay my order. This company seems disorganized at best, and possibly fraudulent at worst.
