Frustrating Delay in Shipment

My order has still not been shipped since March, with a release date pushed to August due to a needed redo of the case. They initially promised it would arrive last week, but now one representative says it will be here next week while another claims it won’t arrive until the end of December. There seems to be no communication between them, and they lack coordination with their suppliers. I just want my order, which totals over $500, or more than $650 after import fees.

I urge you to avoid this company. I genuinely don't understand how they have so many positive reviews online; it seems suspicious. For preorders, they keep extending the shipping date by months, only updating if you reach out. They deduct a 10% fee for refunds on items they never had in stock. In my experience, the product was already available elsewhere, yet they continued to delay my order. This company seems disorganized at best, and possibly fraudulent at worst. Save yourself the hassle.

Long wait for Tamagotchi preorder

I preordered the second wave of Tamagotchis back in July. I knew it would take time, but it still hasn’t arrived. They sent out generic emails about the delay of wave one, claiming wave two would be on time. Months have passed since that update with no further communication. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I'm frustrated and unsure how to request a refund. This was my first preorder experience with them, and after this, I won't be returning. It feels like a waste of over $80.

Disappointing experience with my preorder

I had a terrible experience with my preorder of the Tamagotchi Paradise. I was so excited as a long-time fan, but now it’s October and I’ve received no updates. I reached out to customer support but got no reply. The product has since been released in stores for less money. I’m currently trying to cancel my order and get a refund. If they don’t respond soon, I will have to dispute the charge with my bank. I advise against purchasing from this seller; you likely won’t receive your order or any communication.
