I preordered the second wave of Tamagotchis back in July. I knew it would take time, but it still hasn’t arrived. They sent out generic emails about the delay of wave one, claiming wave two would be on time. Months have passed since that update with no further communication. I’ve emailed them twice with no response. I'm frustrated and unsure how to request a refund. This was my first preorder experience with them, and after this, I won't be returning. It feels like a waste of over $80.
