Horrible service. Preordered two purchases in April -only to be told months later they are having issues with their standard shipping provider and only option is to upgrade shipping (or have order placed on hold indefinitely with no time table for resolution). Hello? How is that ethical to force your customers to upgrade shipping which cost 4-5x standard shipping. When asking for refund they charge a cancellation fee despite this not being what I agreed to and would have never ordered if I knew this would be the outcome. This is a shipping issue between the company and its supplier, not the customers fault so why should we be penalized?
