We are very pleased with our new Zenith side door and adjacent window. Zenith encourage their customers to submit a review on Trust Pilot by promising a £10 Amazon gift card. However Zenith seem very reluctant to fulfil their side of this promise. I have contacted Zenith twice to ask where my gift card is for this review and have been informed that "it is on its way". The last time I was told this was 03/08/19. The Zenith side door is the second product I have purchased from Zenith this year (contract 19Z02774 refers) and I had a very similar experience obtaining the gift card for my first purchase review. I feel that Zenith Marketing and Management departments do not match the excellence of their products. Beware, they are slippery people to deal with.
