Complete fraudsters and scammers. They took my information after leaving a previous company and pretended to still be associated with them. The work was poorly executed with inferior materials, and the subcontractors openly stated they were unqualified for the task. They also issued threats towards me and the subcontractors involved.
I reached out to a representative to place an order for doors. They were very knowledgeable and friendly, and I must say they truly understand their products. If anyone wants to place an order, I highly recommend contacting them.
We had interactions with this individual in 2020 when they were managing a home improvement service. A complete con artist, they did a terrible job on my property and my neighbor's conservatory. Both jobs were poorly executed, and they were abusive when we complained. We took legal action, but they dissolved the company and started trading under a new name. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away from this individual.

UNRELIABLE - Avoid at all costs. I scheduled two appointments with them, and they failed to show up both times, making excuses when I called. They claimed to have tried to contact me from an unknown number but didn't leave a message because they 'didn't want to bother me', leaving me unaware of their absence. I waited for them both days, which was a complete waste of time.
They did a terrible job painting the window ledges and stonework. Charged an outrageous amount and left a complete mess. They were also very pushy! I paid a significant sum, and as a pensioner, I'm furious with myself for being deceived. I should have declined their services from the beginning.
Run away from this company. I worked for them as a manager, and there was zero customer care. I got cheated by them and am still owed hundreds. They fill their order books, claim bankruptcy, change the company name slightly, and start anew, wiping out deposits and guarantees. Staff are not trained and are misled about wages; if they treat staff this way, customers stand no chance.
I purchased a bathroom cabinet, but the rear panel was drilled incorrectly, preventing assembly. I emailed them based on the contact information provided but received no response after several days. I tried to reach out through their website and their 'Live Chat', but no operators were available. I'm tired of companies that lack proper quality assurance before products are shipped and then ignore customer service inquiries.
