WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. WORST SALES MANAGER I HAVE EVER SEEN.I DON'T EVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS COMPANY DESERVES 0 STARS.YOU HAVE THE worst sales people we have ever met. (His name is Raj Singh, the assistant manager from Chelmsford Branch.First meeting - 3 hours of stupid presentations, talking about how poor other companies are and rubbish about how their windows. I would give them points for how good they are at boasting about their products. Sales guy does the usual thing of calling his manager 3 times and talking rubbish about how good my house is for their brand if they put a board outside my house for a few weeks and reduced the price by 33%.Told the 1st sales guy i wont be making a deposit today as need to think about it. 4 hours later he left. The day after I was called by the commercial department twice and they offered to come and give me another survey and give me commercial trade prices. I agreed (wish i didnt).2nd Meeting - The Zenith Commercial team / windows sales man, calls himself the assistant manager of Chelmsford branch does not even greet you or shake your hand when they turned up Just looked miserable and looked like he did not want to be there. They come in and ask you what budget do you have and if you are definitely interested in taking an order today? Why act like you are doing us a favour when your company needs customers?? Fix your sales people Zenith. He was so miserable that he told us they don't even get commission for driving to see us. If you are not happy with working for this company why are you working for them???Had to force them to measure the windows just to get a quote. After finally getting a quote we asked to proceed because already wasted 5 hours of back and forth and awkward silences. Was told to pay a deposit/ admin fee (all they cared about was taking your money). Had to call up customer services to find out the company is currently IN LIQUIDATION and no contracts are being processed. What a waste of time and energy by a cowboy company run by cowboys who are rude, uneducated and commission hungry. JUST REFUND OUR MONEY AND DON'T EVER TRADE AGAIN!AVOID THIS COMPANY!
