My name is gary donkin I’m from the uk I suffer badly with anxiety the nerves in my head wouldn’t turn off so sleep was very limited to a few hours a night I’d take every sleep aid from over the counter at chemists. I seen a advert on the internet and thought I’d give it a try even though I had doubts about it being a scam. But the product came very quickly and I took 10 inhales from the diffuser and wow within 30 minutes I was asleep and had a good night’s sleep something I’d not had in years so yes I recommend Zeno sleep aid to everyone in the world it has changed my life so much I sleep great every night it’s non addictive but you get natural sleep no drowsiness the next day but you feel like your batteries have been recharged and ready for your day’s work ahead one diffuser lasts a month this sleep aid is so amazing but you have to try it to believe it I’m over the moon with it well recommended by me it’s a life changer when you can’t sleep like me. Absolute ripoff. They mislead people with the ‘offer’ plus the product doesn’t work. Would cost too much to return to USA so beware people. If you want to waste money on something that really doesn’t work then go ahead and waste your money, otherwise avoid this product like the plague

I’m having good results from this. I was sceptical at first, but the flavour is good, and it really helps calm my anxiety and sleep peacefully now. I use these every night, and it helps me a lot better than heavy medications and I don't wake up groggy or anything.
I cannot recommend these sleep diffusers highly enough. For anyone suffering from sleep deprivation I urge you to try these! I was sceptical at first, thinking how on earth will these work, but I was desperate as prescription sleepers and over the counter sleepers leave me feeling groggy and tired the next day. I decided to go for the buy 2 get one free. All I can say is wow! I was shocked that they worked and also didn’t make me feel groggy the next day! I have now been using these for over a year and no longer worry about not being able to sleep! If I wake up during the night (which I do as I’m going through the menopause, so my bladder is more active) I just have some more puffs of my diffuser and before I know it I’m awake in the morning!
