This product does work. Better than the melatonin 10 mg pill I take. I have played around a bit, started out on a Friday night when I didn't have to work the next day. I did the 10 puffs. It was a bit too much. I started backing down, and find that around 5 puffs will do wonders for me. Awesome product!

I ordered 6 by accident, i only wanted to try 1 first... but it was meant to be! After i have a few inhales, i feel so relaxed in seconds and then next thing I'm waking up 8 hours later feeling so refreshed and full of energy. I've tried it 4 times before bedtime. It did absolutely nothing. I also tried it in the middle of the night, and nothing. I was going to send it back, but after reading the negative reviews of returns, I decided to dump it. This SUCKS. I also don't believe the 5 star reviews.
Absolutely amazing 🤩 if I could give more stars I would.
