I appreciate that he reached out personally to acknowledge the problems I was facing.I am happy to report that the critical issues regarding the API instability and video playback lag have been resolved. I have tested these extensively, and they are functioning correctly again. Rakesh also provided a generous gesture of goodwill to compensate for the disruption to my business.I am raising my rating to 3 stars because the platform is usable again. However, I am not giving a full 5 stars yet because there is still work to be done. The platform performance can still be sluggish; likely due to older codebases or optimization needs, and I am currently discussing this directly with the founder. Furthermore, my original point about the support team stands: frontline support needs to improve their culture and stop dismissing customer reports or gaslighting users when valid technical issues arise.[Original Review]:I am hopeful that with the founder's direct involvement, Zenler is getting back on the right track.I have been a long-time user of Zenler, and initially, it was a fantastic platform that I recommended to everyone. However, over the last year, the quality of service has plummeted to the point where it is now a liability for my business.What used to be a stable environment has become incredibly unpredictable. The platform suffers from frequent, unannounced downtimes that disrupt my students' learning experience. The video playback; a core feature for any course platform, is consistently laggy and buffers constantly, regardless of the user's internet speed.Furthermore, if you rely on integrations, be warned: the API has become highly unstable, causing automations to break without warning. Features that worked yesterday often stop working today.Perhaps the most frustrating aspect is the decline in customer support. Response times have slowed significantly. When you finally do get a reply, the support team’s default stance is to gaslight the user. Instead of acknowledging server-side issues or bugs, they immediately blame the user's setup or connection. There is zero accountability and no urgency to fix recurring problems.I can no longer trust Zenler with my business, and I strongly advise new creators to look elsewhere.
