I had tried to fix something that wasn't broken in my settings and screwed everything up. After a brief interaction with Zeno's Ai assistant, it escalated it to a human.. Within about 5 minutes I received back a message from an Anita that the issue was resolved, and it was! So helpful a real person is!
I moved over to Zeno from a very well known radio platform. I am now in my second year with them, and I also have a second station. The only real issues I have had was at the beginning, getting used to the software and how to operate it, but the team were with me the whole way, and even arranged a video call to go over things I was concerned about. The support has been outstanding. I am UK based, so the only issue I have is that when I have a query I have to wait for a reply due to time differences, but the guys do need to sleep, so I accepted this from the very start. Nonetheless, I have had staff contact me in their own time to assist with a query I had before starting my second station. It took me a little while to get used to Libretime, but now I love it. Every day I am learning something new about what the software can actually do. I totally recommend Zeno. I am glad I made the decision to make the move.
