I was brought in to manage the online radio after the previous person left this role. I was not at ease because I had not broadcasted online before.The Zeno platform made it easier to navigate the settings with guiding tutorials that are straight to the point.I was also able to use the radio automation software when we were not broadcasting or facing internet outages to keep our listeners engaged.Another useful feature is the podcasts were we automatically record our daily morning and evening news for listeners to come back to later.I recommend any radio station that wants to reach a global audience to use Zeno, we currently reach over 1000 people daily in ten countries.
Proof you need to reach out before leaving reviews. I just removed a review I left about Zeno fm where I wasn't happy. I was bombarding them with emails so they arranged a meeting with me to go over the issues I had. All were sorted during the meeting and the result was I could not have been happier. I have subsequently moved my station over to Zeno FM, and I could not be happier. Yes i still run into issues, but there is a great support team there to help you get things sorted. The technician has been amazing, and has worked with me.One thing that initially bugged me was confusion with customer service, but realistically, it's not their job to sort my problems out, they are there to help, and sometimes that means referring to someone more knowledgeable. This is exactly what they are doing. I cannot recommend Zeno FM enough. As I said, I have moved my station over, and paid for a year upfront. I am already recommending Zeno to other stations.

Zeno is the best app for Internet Radio Station Owners. Been in Internet Radio for over 20 years and this is the best so far. Clear, beautiful sound. Just because you do not know how to use a Streaming Service to broadcast station, do not call it a SCAM. Here is my advice learn how to run an Internet Radio Station. I was able to start an online radio — Youthful Praise Radio, through this wonderful platform. It has reached out to different listeners from different countries, especially the youths.Though, they discontinued the free sign-up from new comers to join, but it's amazing all the same. Zeno FM is consistently offering the best services you can think of, in kick-starting or continuing your online radio, podcasts and more. I have been using and benefitting from this amazing platform for the past 2½ years. Started enjoying Zeno FM more earlier, last year. Easy to use website and app menus. Honestly, they are simply the best.
