I've reached out to customer support multiple times regarding the event I purchased tickets for, but I still haven't received them. My attempts to get in touch have gone unanswered. This situation makes me feel very uneasy, and all I want is the tickets I paid for to enjoy the show I've been eagerly anticipating. Is that too much to expect from a paying customer? An update on 2/12 stated they had the tickets and would send them, but that never happened, and now the 24/7 customer service is unresponsive. As a paying customer, this is unacceptable. I strongly advise against using this service.
