Very disappointing service. After a 7-hour flight, we were left waiting on the curb for an extended period, including my 80-year-old parent. There was no clear communication about delays, and the situation was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. After a long journey, you expect reliability and basic consideration, especially for elderly passengers. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. I would not recommend their service.
