I booked my ride from Dubai to Abu Dhabi International Airport through Zentro Ride online. Within few minutes I got the confirmation for the trip. They have great cars and chauffeurs. I liked and enjoyed the experience.
Booking the service was simple and confirmation came quickly. Driver was on time and had good communication - did a round trip Abu Dhabi - Dubai with multiple stops. Car was clean and spacious, I was very happy with the service.
Very disappointing service. After a 7-hour flight, we were left waiting on the curb for an extended period, including my 80-year-old parent. There was no clear communication about delays, and the situation was extremely uncomfortable and stressful. After a long journey, you expect reliability and basic consideration, especially for elderly passengers. Unfortunately, this company failed on both counts. I would not recommend their service.
Fast response via WhatsApp when I realised I had booked the wrong date. Rescheduled immediately without extra charge. The driver was on time and the car was clean and comfortable. Very safe and smooth drive from the Marina to the Airport. Will use again.
Very good. Travelled with 3 other adults and 1 infant needing baby seat. Even if the flight was Late, all worked out midnight and got safe travel from AirPort to Marina area.
