I have requested to return the item I purchased a month ago, but my request has been ignored. I have been consistently emailing to arrange the return, yet I have received no response. This is unprofessional, and customers have a right to return their items. Not only is this disrespectful, but it also contradicts the website description, which states that customers are entitled to return items they ordered.
