I am extremely frustrated with Zepto’s pathetic service. I placed an order for eggs and vegetables because my kids had a school outing and it was urgently needed. The order was already on the way when, out of nowhere, Zepto cancelled it. No valid reason, no prior notice – just cancelled.They claim a refund was initiated, but it has been almost 2 days and I still haven’t received my money. This is unacceptable. On top of that, I tried multiple times to contact customer support, but there was no response at all. Absolutely zero accountability.I was a loyal customer and used Zepto almost every day, but after this horrible experience, I’m done. If this is how they treat regular customers, I cannot trust this platform anymore.
