I have order from Zepto for 903.00 INR (prepaid)My order # MOLIIKIKH86336There were 12 items. When I received the order, there were only 1 item (195/- INR). So I asked the delivery person where is the rest items. He said those will be coming through another person and only Zepto caffe items he will deliver. So I believed that. After he left I checked the application and all items showing as delivered. So I called the delivery person again and asked him about it. Again he said the same thing. That was not logical, there we no tracking details. I contacted the customer service and they’re not trying to solve the issue and not ready to reschedule the partial order delivery . Instead of tha they said, they will do the refund. I received a message from the Zepto by telling that I will receive the amount after deducting the delivery fee because the delivery item cost only 195. Which was not my mistake. And after 5-7 working days only I will receive the amount in my account. They said the amount will come to my Zepto valet within an hour. But it didn’t come after 1 hour. So I was not able to utilise it.Here the time , money , energy, effort all of mine goes invalid. I lost all for this order. Very disappointed with the customer care service, the delivery. over all performance of Zepto is very poor. I thought Zepto is working on FOFO model. But now understand that Zepto doesn’t have any hold or power on franchises
