This service enrolled me in an auto ship program without my consent when I believed I was making a one-time purchase as a gift. They lack a customer service phone number with live assistance. I received additional products that I did not authorize. Despite numerous cancellation emails, I was only advised to continue using their product, which wasn't even for me. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and cancel my card to get a new one. The product itself is ineffective according to the recipient. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I wouldn't recommend them.
