As soon as I ordered a product from this company, I saw they had it going to an address I did not enter. I tried to contact them immediately within minutes of the order being placed. No answer for days. I cancelled my subscription and they emailed me about why I cancelled but never addressed the address situation. To this day, the order hasn’t even left their facility but they finally replied today, 10 days later and told me the address couldn’t be changed since it had been shipped. Impossible to even get in contact with them and if and when you get a response, they lie and don’t address the problem.
This is a scam. Takes weeks to get order. They signed me up for subscription which I never approved. Have sent me five packages of 120 pills in two months and are chagrin my account more.than original price. Have emailed to stop sending and charging unauthorized charges. No phone number. Finally had to close my credit card to stop this scam. And have seen no results from product. Stay away from this company! Also uses name Belano

This service enrolled me in an auto ship program without my consent when I believed I was making a one-time purchase as a gift. They lack a customer service phone number with live assistance. I received additional products that I did not authorize. Despite numerous cancellation emails, I was only advised to continue using their product, which wasn't even for me. I ultimately had to dispute the charge with my credit card company and cancel my card to get a new one. The product itself is ineffective according to the recipient. Overall, a very disappointing experience; I wouldn't recommend them.
They charged me and sent another order without acknowledging my cancellation request and canceled my subscription the day after charging and shipping. I'm unsure about the product's quality, but the customer service is terrible. Why would I need a monthly supply of this product? Exercise caution with them.
This is a complete scam. I have fair skin and used this product daily for 4 months, but my skin showed no change whatsoever. I even spent time in the sun each week to potentially boost melanin production. After 4 months, not even a freckle appeared. SCAM!! Don't waste your money.
I made an impulsive purchase on 10/4/25 and never received my order. Please take heed of my experience: 1) No customer service number or address available. 2) An AI Bot named Katie responds to emails. 3) My order was marked as delivered to an address in a different state. 4) I did receive a refund from my bank and filed a complaint with the FTC, but couldn't file with the BBB as this company isn't listed there. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
Don't waste your time. I purchased drops in July; they've billed me every month since without delivering anything. My emails have been ignored. I had to cancel my card to stop the charges. Unable to get a refund through my bank as it's a US account. SCAMMMMMMMMMMM.
