I made an impulsive purchase on 10/4/25 and never received my order. Please take heed of my experience: 1) No customer service number or address available. 2) An AI Bot named Katie responds to emails. 3) My order was marked as delivered to an address in a different state. 4) I did receive a refund from my bank and filed a complaint with the FTC, but couldn't file with the BBB as this company isn't listed there. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
