As soon as I ordered a product from this company, I saw they had it going to an address I did not enter. I tried to contact them immediately within minutes of the order being placed. No answer for days. I cancelled my subscription and they emailed me about why I cancelled but never addressed the address situation. To this day, the order hasn’t even left their facility but they finally replied today, 10 days later and told me the address couldn’t be changed since it had been shipped. Impossible to even get in contact with them and if and when you get a response, they lie and don’t address the problem.
