I placed an order, and within minutes, I realized I had entered the wrong address. I immediately attempted to contact the company for assistance. I received a follow-up email stating that the order was being processed and the address could not be changed. I decided to let it go and move on. A week later, I got an email saying, 'Sorry, your order has already been delivered; we cannot change the address.' I'm extremely frustrated. It’s 2025, and it's hard to believe that you can't change an address. Plus, receiving a snarky email in response is just unacceptable. Thanks for being completely unhelpful and showing no regard for your customers.
