The logistics company (Yodel) were of course inundated while low on staff and high online demand in general, so it took two more days than the next day delivery at this time, but this could be expected. I had called up the company behind this website, Stack m High Ltd, and they are confirmed that the order was on its way and provided the tracking number.Our Ultima 4 trampoline did arrive, we assembled it, with not a piece missing (the few spare screws/bolts included is always appreciated in case one gets lost) and we are appreciative of the service offered at this time.
