The recent cleaning of carpets and upholstery was good, but unfortunately, the van left stains on my driveway. Additionally, the technicians used too much water, which they failed to extract from my office carpet. After 24 hours, my moisture meter indicates a dangerous level, rendering the office unusable for a second day. I hope this moisture doesn’t lead to mold, and I may need to consider a different cleaning service moving forward.
