They honored a coupon that I had through val pak. I also appreciate that they use more natural cleaning products versus harsh chemicals so it's safe for me and my pets. Also, they didn't have to hook up to my water supply because they use their own alkalizing water, which I thought was very cool! The technician, Cole, was very friendly and professional and worked very hard at getting out some tough spots. He laid out all my options for me as far as any charges for specialized treatments but did not pressure me to do anything. I will use Zerorez again.
