Our first filter lasted 2 1/2 months. Now our filters last less than a month. The latest filter put in 12/19 today is 1/5.We’ve already had to shake our filter twice so the water could go thru. Our water w/o filter reads 60. We have contacted the company twice and they did send us replacement filters cuz we thought we had a bad batch, but same issue. The filters are not cheap. And our usage of water has not increased to account for shorter length of time . Are they making them cheaper but charging the same ? We’ll never know the answer to that question …….unless everyone complains 🤷🏻♀️
