Warnings about this product are valid

Pay attention to the warnings from others about this product. The initial filter lasted just three weeks, and now I'm down to one filter per week. I live alone and drink 24 oz daily. With a reading of 27ppm, the water tastes awful. I plan to use up the remaining filters and then discard the large tank I purchased. I'm switching to a different solution.

Costly filters with a very short lifespan

Take note of the other reviews. The first filter lasted three weeks, and now I'm down to one filter each week. I live alone and drink 24 oz daily. With a reading of 27ppm, the water tastes terrible. I will finish the remaining filters and discard the large tank I purchased. Switching back to a different option.

Difficult plastic seal instead of blue cap

The replacement filters used to come with a blue cap, but now they come with a hard-to-remove plastic seal. This seal leaves plastic particles on top of the filters and takes me about 10 minutes to mostly remove. I wish they would return to the blue caps, which were much easier and cleaner to handle.

Decent product, but filtering issues

While the product is convenient, I've noticed that the filters aren't performing as well as before. They stop filtering after a week, even though the meter readings are fine. I've tried tapping the filter and tightening connections multiple times, but the water still doesn't filter properly. I'm considering exploring other systems since the filters are not inexpensive.

Filters have a short lifespan

I live alone and consume about 1.5-1.8 liters daily, yet after two weeks, the water has an unpleasant taste. The TDS meter reads 001, indicating it should be fine to use. This seems to be a recurring issue with these filters. I’ve used similar products for years and feel like their quality has declined. I plan to invest in a different filtration system.

Regretting not heeding recent reviews

I should have listened to the recent reviews. The filter lasted only two weeks and has become very expensive. I've used similar products for years without encountering this issue before; they typically lasted about two months. It seems they are prioritizing profit over customer satisfaction, and I'm now looking for alternatives. I feel deceived.

Terrible customer service experience

I would give zero stars if possible. This company is disappointing. I bought a filter that attaches to the sink, and before needing a replacement, I tried to order more filters, only to find the product discontinued without notice. Now I'm stuck with it. Customer service was unhelpful and refused to offer any compensation or alternatives. This has been a very negative experience.

Not a recommendation from me

During the summer, I had to change the filter weekly. After that, the water developed a fishy smell and a bitter taste. I found the water to be quite pricey. I highly recommend investing in a reverse osmosis system instead.

Filter installation improvement

I'm pleased that the recent box of replacement filters came with screw-off lids for the first time in a while. Previously, the glued paper covers were difficult to remove and often caused leaks. I had to return several due to that issue. Thank you for continuing to use screw-on lids; they leave no sticky residue. I almost switched to another product because of this, so I'm grateful for the improvement.
