I would not recommend engaging with Zest Car Rental. When our flight was cancelled, and we arrived at the provider 8 hours later than planned to collect the car, we were asked to pay a GBP695 late fee, told our car had been given away and the best deal would be to pay a higher insurance rate that would allow us to upgrade to a car that they had available (given they had given ours away despite it being pre-paid). The low cost option quickly became extremely high cost.
