I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the service from the company. Despite having a scheduled engineer appointment, the engineer arrived at the wrong address and failed to communicate. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable. After finally getting through, I was told to contact another service, who then directed me back to the company. This circular process is ridiculous. I demand a full investigation and prompt resolution, including a new engineer appointment at the earliest convenience.
