My experience with the service has been very frustrating and lacking competence. I hold six policies for different properties, and each repair over the last three months has taken more than two weeks to resolve. One appliance needed a replacement, which took two months, and today they sent the appliance to be installed at the wrong address. It's truly unacceptable. The staff is very slow and ineffective.
