Customer service is very poor and quite rude. Rang twice and both occasions expected better service but the call handlers are just not great. I moved from Domestic and General to Zest and have to admit, currently regretting my decision. The entire Zest process is slow, long waits on the call, no communication on what's happening and no follow ups. It's a terrible experience from someone who was 'sold a dream'. I will move back to D&G shortly.
