Recently, I discovered the lack of security associated with this system and the absence of merchant protection. A client purchased a high-value service through this platform, signed an agreement with a clear no-refund policy, and after the service began, they initiated a chargeback claiming a ‘canceled subscription.’ Despite providing extensive proof of the agreement, messages, timestamps of their attendance, and proof of payment, the funds were still returned to the customer. This platform offers zero merchant protection and does not handle disputes internally, leaving the decision to the customer’s bank, which often sides with the customer. Moving forward, I will not use this service again and will switch to more secure payment processors. If you want security for your funds, avoid this at all costs.
