This device has been very effective for me. My sleep quality has improved greatly, and I no longer wake up feeling exhausted. Although I still snore, it's less frequent and quieter than before. There are a couple of minor annoyances, though. The sticky pads can be a hassle to manage, particularly when removing the protective covers. I've also had some reactions to the adhesive, resulting in a slight rash. Additionally, I find the battery life somewhat short; I set it to number 8, and while it works for 2 to 3 hours, I can only feel a slight buzz upon waking, so I'm uncertain about its performance. However, I wouldn't want to be without this device now, and I recommend it for anyone who snores. After about six weeks of use, I've found it takes some time to adjust, but I suggest committing to at least two weeks initially. I actually find the tingling quite comforting.
