The concept of this device is impressive, but I have some suggestions that could aid in future enhancements. The stickers could adhere more effectively and should be priced more reasonably. Additionally, there ought to be an option to bypass the 20-minute quiet phase meant for helping people fall asleep, as it's typically the partner who is disturbed by snoring. After 20 minutes of snoring, it's quite challenging to settle down enough to sleep. We noticed that while it reduces the sounds of snoring, it doesn't eliminate them entirely, and even when fully charged, it seems to lose effectiveness throughout the night, despite showing a remaining charge in the morning.
Being long-sighted, I find it somewhat challenging to position the gel pads on the device correctly. It often takes a few tries, especially in low light, even with glasses on. Nonetheless, I believe the device fulfills its purpose and has significantly improved my sleep quality, allowing me to wake up feeling much more refreshed than before. I also have sleep apnea and utilize the device as a break from my CPAP machine or when traveling without it. So far, I haven't experienced any apnea-related issues while using just the pad. I hope a sleep apnea-approved version will be available soon.

This device has been very effective for me. My sleep quality has improved greatly, and I no longer wake up feeling exhausted. Although I still snore, it's less frequent and quieter than before. There are a couple of minor annoyances, though. The sticky pads can be a hassle to manage, particularly when removing the protective covers. I've also had some reactions to the adhesive, resulting in a slight rash. Additionally, I find the battery life somewhat short; I set it to number 8, and while it works for 2 to 3 hours, I can only feel a slight buzz upon waking, so I'm uncertain about its performance. However, I wouldn't want to be without this device now, and I recommend it for anyone who snores. After about six weeks of use, I've found it takes some time to adjust, but I suggest committing to at least two weeks initially. I actually find the tingling quite comforting.
After some initial difficulties, I became accustomed to fitting the device. The support team provided excellent assistance, including one-on-one calls. I find it comfortable and easy to fit. I initially suspected my first device was faulty due to inconsistent sensations—sometimes strong, sometimes almost unnoticeable. I purchased a second device, but it exhibits the same issue. I've been using it for about a month and have been tracking my snoring. It might have reduced my snoring somewhat, but it hasn't eliminated it. I've noticed improvements in my sleep quality, and I actually miss the sensation when I don’t use it. I appreciate that the company clarified this may not work for everyone. I'm committed to experimenting further and will continue using both devices. I'm not overweight but plan to lose a few kilograms, hoping that might contribute positively.
I'm using setting number 3, but it has caused severe electrical burns on my skin where the gel pads contact. This occurred after just three weeks of use. The adhesive isn't sufficient; I need to use additional tape to keep it in place for 6 to 8 hours. After three weeks, I can't use it currently due to these burns. When it was effective, it improved my snoring and apnea, but I'm still undecided about it.
The current batch of gel pads seems less effective than previous ones; the device fell off during the night. I applied new gel pads, but they didn't adhere as well. I'm unsure if this is a defective batch or if the formula has changed. Unfortunately, the company doesn’t ship to my location, so I must rely on a friend to send them to me. The device itself has greatly improved my sleep quality. As a suggestion to reduce plastic waste and costs, perhaps they could offer gel pads in larger quantities with minimal plastic between them. This is quite expensive for me as a retiree and for my student granddaughter, but my quality of life with the device has improved significantly.
I was asked to review the adhesive pads after previously giving a five-star rating for the device itself. I now have these pads on a subscription and appreciate being able to manage them based on my usage. However, I've encountered two minor issues. First, the adhesive sometimes leaves residue on my neck in the morning, which can be a hassle to remove; I use alcohol for that. Second, if I sweat during the night, the device can slip off. Ideally, these pads should be replaced with reusable ones for better value and to reduce plastic waste.
