Update: email reply received with tests to do, unfortunately the item is faulty and will have to be returned. Shame as it's a good product that works.
My husband (Dr Neil Murray) bought one of these and worked for a few month before stopping working 10 days ago. He emailed customer service (as there IS NO TELEPHONE NUMBER PROVIDED) : NO REPLY??? he's chased... NO REPLY??? Where is the service? He needs this replaced or fixed. PLEASE PROVIDE CUSTOMER SERVICE
