My seller name is Market4Gamers and I was a Platinum rank seller with over 3,000 successful orders.
My account was permanently restricted without any valid explanation.
Support only sent automated replies and failed to provide clear proof.
A platform that can shut down experienced sellers without transparency cannot be trusted.
This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional.
I strongly warn other sellers to be careful when using ZeusX.
Edit: For the scam answer they provided, this is pure lie. The answer prove how bad customer support is. The account as been banned for almost 9month. I have proof. Told them multiple time but they have such a bad customer service, they dont read, they copypasta. Temu chat bot is better than them. Lie after lie from the support team too.
Seller sold me an account which as been banned for using cheat on asia server but in Wuthering wave, when you are ban on a server, you can play on the other (ex:NA). When i found out about it and the missing character, I asked for a refund but the seller linked by himself the account on my gmail and it can be unlinked. Going back and forth for like 4 days with the support team getting the same copy pasta every 12h. Seller told a bunch of lie, even that it was me that got his account banned when I found out the exact date he got banned. Barely speak in english, yet the support team is on his side. ''you wont get a refund if you dont give the account back'' I CANT GIVE IT BACK, im not even the one who linked it, not to mention that im new on this site. Overall, very bad experience, support threatening me that if I chargeback my zeusx account will be banned etc. Something super simple but yet, support team make it terrible. go buy on g2g instead, the support team is way better and not on the seller side like on Zeusx.
The information shown on the product page was unclear and misleading. The account I received did not fully match what was described in the listing.
When I tried to ask for clarification, I was redirected between seller and support without a clear answer. I feel the platform does not properly verify sellers or ensure accurate descriptions for buyers.
This creates a risky experience for customers, especially first-time users. I would not recommend ZeusX based on this experience
My experience with ZeusX was confusing and disappointing. The platform’s policies are not clearly explained, and it is difficult to understand what actions are allowed or not.
When a problem happened with my account, I did not receive a clear explanation about the reason or the next steps to resolve it. Everything felt vague and inconsistent.
A service that handles users’ money should be transparent and provide clear rules and communication. Unfortunately, this was not the case for me.
I am sharing this experience so other users can be more careful before using this platform.
As a first-time buyer, I expected better guidance from customer support.
Unfortunately, responses were slow and not helpful.

The support service is truly inadequate. Responses take a long time, and when they do come, they're often unhelpful or negative. It feels like there's a total lack of concern, leading to a very frustrating experience. This is not a recommended place for purchasing digital products.
