This should be considered a lesson when selling on different platforms when they decide to freeze your account, no matter how much evidence you provide, they will not accept it.
I had a dispute with a customer worth only 10 USD, which I was already in the process of resolving. However, they froze my account and seized all of my funds 800 USD that was still in my balance. This is what happens when you trust these platforms. They can easily freeze and take your money.
I have never experienced anything like this, even when selling on other websites. If there is an issue, they review the evidence and release the funds accordingly.
ZeusX is a clear example when they decide to act dishonestly and take your money you cannot do anything about it. I do not recommend keeping a large amount of money in your account
You can sell on this platform, but it is not recommended to keep your funds there. You should withdraw your money every time

They claim that there are many complaints. However, I sell around 20–30 orders per day, and on average there are only 1–2 complaints, all of which I resolve by providing replacement items
